Following our principal’s tenure at Chase Securities’ corporate bond underwriting group, he spent the next decade exclusively analyzing the financial health of publicly and privately held companies. More specifically, his focus was to spot early warning signs of the companies he was analyzing while informing investors of the negative trends so that they could react accordingly.
After observing countless companies fail because of poor financial modeling and/or slow reaction to negative trends within the company/industry, he decided to adjust his focus. After starting The Company Pulse his objective evolved into helping businesses succeed rather than merely reporting on a company that was about to go belly-up. In his own words, “It is far more rewarding to help a company continue to thrive than it is to watch the unraveling of a once prosperous business.”
Unlike other financial consulting firms, The Company Pulse is designed to be an affordable yet extremely effective partner by proactively identifying problems so as to avoid the need for expensive consultants that often become more of the problem than the solution.
